For the last 2 years, the Flower Barn Nursery on M-59/Hall Rd near Lakeside Mall has carried the Musa Basjoo(usually a few dozen). The buyer usually gets some of the cold hardy palms each year as well.
Last year Telly's on John R, north of Big Beaver in Troy had them as well (but very pricy).
How are your palms doing after this winter. This is the first time I got complete leaf burn off of my Fortunei, but the stem still looks intact. Still have it partially covered. Most of it rotted due to a hole near the top.
