Bought a Black Banana Tree - Have Questions!!! HELP!

Recently purchased a black banana tree to keep on my deck spring - fall. It's about 7' tall right now. It also has 2 other pseudo stems that are about 5' tall. There are no leaves on the shorter psuedostems. Any info or advice is greatly appreciated. Here are my questions:

Right now these 3 (1 @ 7', 2 @ 5') are all in the same 20" dia. Pot. The pot is plastic and I plan on ttransferring to a nice decorative pot. What size pot should I get? The pot it's in now seems way too small.

Can I take out each pseudo stem and re-pot them individually?

When removing dead leaves, how close to the psuedostem should I cut?

Most of the psuedostems are covered in a dead looking, sort of hard growth (looks old and dead, with fresh stem inside). Will this fall off at any point? Can I remove it?

I don't want the plant to grow any taller than about 10'. How do I top it? Simply cut the psuedostem at the desired height?

If a leaf has brown edges, is it dead?

That's all for now. I'm excited to watch this tree grow. My deck faces southwest and gets tons of sun. Thanks again for any info.
