| I think it's OK to plant them close to a patio foundation. They are clump forming however their stems are just leaves and are not strong enough to damage a foundation or patio. The corm should also get halted by a solid foundation. I also agree they should be planted a few feet away just because they can get pretty big, and grow lots of pups. |
