i have some pups and i don't know what to do

i got a few banana pups and i need some help i have no idea, do i cut the roots so they can start new ones i don't even know what kind i have them in a mixture of potting soil and and perilite they where send to me dried, and i let them sit for about a month, so help would be greatly appriciated

Go to bananas.org. In the main discussion forum there is a sticky that is a step by step tutorial on separating pups. Has great pics with each step.

How tall are the pups?

You'd be best to leave the pups on. They will grow exponentially faster if you leave them with the mother.

I usually leave them on until they're about 3ft tall.

As said previously. Bananas.org has detailed instructions and pics on separating pups.

I think we need more information. You said you have pups, but you also said they were sent 'dried'. Are they now growing? or are they still dormant? Are they already growing roots?

What do you want to do with them? Plant them outside, or leave them in pots?

Are they hardy or tender varieties?
