I posted pics of my baby bananas in 2005 - - this is the first flower to come out - we're very proud parents!! Even though the flower hasn't opened yet we're getting a load of honey eaters trying to get into the flower and even had our local bats flying around last night and crashing in to the banana leaves -- looking for the flower What's the time scale on flowering to fruit for a lady finger?
