Cold snap

I live in the stl area and were supposed to get some upper 30s next couple of days. I have a musa basjoo that I planted in the ground last month, I covered it just in case but was wondering how hardy are musa basjoo as far as not killing the leaves/hampering growth?

32 and or frost will brown the leaves and kill them. anything above that will just slow it down. They grow like weeds when it warms up so dont worry too much about them slowing down right now.
