harvesting seeds from Basjoo-how to ?

Anyone have experience harvesting seeds from Basjoo bananas? I have three flowering now with fruit and would like to harvest,pot to give away. Do you believe I could pot the banana itself or would be better to extract the seed from the fruit before planting? Or try both methods? I probably have 3dozen fruit/bananas.

Hmmm you could try peeling the banana and planting it as an experiment. The banana flesh might help by giving the seedlings more nutrients.
