anyone overwintering musa sikkimensis in zone 6?

Got a couple of these this winter and they grew well. just planted them. got them from a guy in pennsylvania that grows them in the ground. Anyone else having good luck? Hope so!

Had good luck here after a very cold winter. We saw lows of -16C (3.2F)or so.

The entire plant froze solid. The corm was mush and I was sure it was a gonner.

Some very nice people here suggested that I wait. In the middle of May, we came home to see a sprout.

Now, a little over 2 weeks later and here's what we have ( so it does work here with protection):
