| I got this banana at a garden center, one tag said "Ice cream" and the other said "Raja Puri" The leaf stem of this plant seem to close up again after releasing a new leaf and that is about the only thing that seems to be different from my other bananas. I have an ice cream pup but it is still too small to compare. Thanks for any help you can give. |

normally an ice cream banana will have a whitish coating on the bottom side of the leaves, making it look kind of silvery. A raja will have a very wide leaf. Maybe that will help |
