Please ID this banana

I bought this banana at Lowe's. It was the last one and had no information on it except for the barcode. I later called and asked the manager that takes care of the plant ordering/receiving if she could ID the type of banana. She said that they didn't received any banana tree, that the barcode indicated it as a canna and not a banana tree.

Coming from a country native to cannas and bananas, I'm pretty sure that I know what a canna vs. banana plant look like. And, I believe that this is a banana tree. What do you all think? Would you know what specie it is?

looks like something in the cavendish/dwarf cavendish/williams hybrid group. the shape of the leaves and the slight red blotches look like it.

Super dwarf cavendish come bundled with tons of other plants in these packages those stores buy. If it was with all the indoor/tropicals then they probably have no record of the exact plant. Most likely "super dwarf cavendish"

Looks like super dwarf cav to me. It's very compact looking.

Thanks all. I found the barcode label that fell off from the pot. It has the nursery name where it came from.

I found the nursery website and sure enough, it was a dwarf cavendish. It didn't said whether it was a super dwarf or not.

I'm happy with it. It is such a cutie. I may go ahead and plant it on the ground and hopefully, it'll give me some fruits.
