What attracts bees to unopened Musella Lasiocarpa buds?

Hi,

My bud on my Musella is still getting bigger but is still not yet open. However it seems to be attracting bees already even though not opened yet. Has anyone seen this before? Any idea what is attracting the bees. It can't have any nectar yet can it?
