How many average fruits on dwarf Brazilian?

Hi everyone --

My dwarf Brazilian has been fruiting for three weeks, and the inflorescence is starting to produce those infertile tiny 'nanners as the petals open and the fruiting body grows lower. I have five hands totaling 38 fruits of good size (about 4" so far) -- is this about right? I thought this variety was going to reach 8-10 feet before fruiting, but the trunk on mine is more like six feet.

I also grow SDC, California Gold, dwarf Namwah, ice cream, and Pisang Raja, although they haven't fruited yet (I'm guessing soon...). I know other varieties can produce a lot more than this, and that factors like sun, water, fertilizer have importance on yield as well. Anyone grow this variety?

Thanks!

Bruce C.

Mine fruited at about 6-7', so that should be about right. Tall Brazilian is closer to 12' in height. I think mine had about 5-6 hands of about 8-10 per hand.
