I recently gotten a banana pup from a friend. The pup is only a foot tall, and has only four leaves on it. I named it Nannerz...Anyway, long story short, during transportation from a long trip, the Nannerz got left in the car all morning, until it was close to high noon. It got really hot in the car, and the poor thing's leaves began to wilt. A couple even turned brown on the edges. I watered Nannerz, but his leaves still look icky.

After reading through the forum before I posted, I also realize he is also in the wrong soil. The person who gave him to me though said all his banana plants grow in the loomy dark rich soil just fine, but this forum says to get lava or cactus/palm type soil.

To be even more honest, I dont really know what kind of Nanner my Nannerz is..

So, does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions to help me with my Nannerz? I don't want to loose my nana plant! please help! if you wanna see pictures i can send them asap.
