hello, im having problems with my m. basjoo, the leaves are filled with these small brown spots, even before the leaf unfold theres brown spots on it, and idea of what the problem might be?

i bought the plant i may when it was 10cm high, then i kept it inside our greenhouse until July then i planted it in the ground, and it has only grown to about 35 cm now, is this a normal growth rate?
