Ensete ventricosum is really easy.
But if you get seeds when they are fresh around fall/winter most types are fairly easy.

Probably sikkimensis, especially with fluctuating temps. But velutina and ornata are also easy.

Musa cheesmanni is also fast.
But fresh seeds are faster than old ones.
