Banana Photos and Questions

With hurricane Irene passing through NC yesterday, I decided to check my banana plants for damage. Well, I ended up finding something altogether unexpected, fruit! My plants are in pots by a lake and I guess I haven't been looking at the backside closely enough this year. I'm very excited to have the little bananas growing, but a bit worried that I won't be able to eat them! I move the plants to my sunroom when the weather gets cold and I'm not sure if they will be able to ripen there. I think we'll have at least another month of good weather before I need to bring them inside. They are Novak Super Dwarf plants. My questions are: will the bananas continue to grow and ripen when I bring them inside? How low can the outside temperature get before I should bring them inside? And how do Nocak Super dwarf bananas taste? I've found it very difficult to find flavor information online. Thanks for any help and here are some pictures!
