musa basjoo yellowing of leaves

We have several Musa basjoo (at least I think that's what they are. They were salvage plants someone in Portland had thrown out onto the street in Irvington, I rescued them and they have overwintered well). I have transplanted them to a sheltered spot with lots of sun and considerable wind protection. I am at 1600 ft on Chehelam Mt. near Portland, and they are thriving, but today I noticed a light yellow cast to the leaves, though they are otherwise fleshy and healthy. What is this about?
