Yield information for lifted bananas

Hello,

I have a few questions for all the banana growers here who have practiced the "Lift and store dormant" method of banana culture in temperate areas: If your plants ever furited,

1) What cultivar did you use?

2) How long did it take to flower/fruit?

3) What was the yield of each plant in market-quality fruit in pounds?

4) What USDA zone (or state, country) do you live in? (This is important for figuring approximate growing season length)

I am trying to pre-screen cultivars for potential use as an alternative crop in temperate zones, and would like to determine (Before the back-breaking labor and time-consuming record keeping) which cultivars are best suited to surviving this practice and still producing quality fruit.

Thanks in advance for any information I can get.
