If you are using them yourself, I would suggest sprouting them as soon as possible. Musa seeds generally don't store too well, but the ensete seeds can be stored well in a cool dry place.

Especially sikkimensis grows rather slowly the first few months, and giving them a head start through the winter may be a good thing. If you have to store them, make sure the seeds are dry and put them in a ziplock bag in your fridge.
