Can anyone tell me what they are and how to get rid of them? The last few days I've been seeing tiny white insects crawling all over my basjoo leaves. One of my two plants has them the other doesn't. I can wipe them off with a damp towel and kill them but they keep coming back. I also notice what seems like tiny webs formed on the leaves where these things are. Do I need to spray it with an insecticide of some sort?
