They will pup any time of the year as long as they are growing. They don't really care what time of the year it is as long--as they are warm and have good growing conditions.

Yes, mine produced several pups this spring and all summer. Most of the pups will stay fairly small in their first year--especially the ones that form late in the growing season--but will really take off in their second year.

Can you take the pups off the main tree? Ifso, how do you go about doing that? I have two main plants. one has 5 pups ranging in size from 2 inches to 4 feet. Can I take off any of them and bring them inside for the winter? I brought the main one in last year and it continued to grow at a slower rate, but didn't look that great. Any help will be appreciated.
