White spots under banana leaves. What do I do ?

Recently I noticed these white powdery spots forming ion the leaves of our three year old tree. I'm not sure what they are but I tried washing the tree and pruning the infected leaves but it keeps coming back. I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this before and I I can do to get rid of this permanently . Thank you

I've already posted on your other request from Monday, try reading here for some help with baking soda,cinnamon was also suggested on your other post.

Those look like whitefly eggs. At that stage, I just rub them off with my finger..no need to remove the leaf! They have an almost powdery texture, and it's not a gross-out operation.
