Banana disease?...fungus?

I planted two dwarf canvendish plants about a year and a half ago. They produced fruit within about 10 months, and now I have 4 blooms going at the same time (don't know what to do with all these bananas). Anyway, the bananas on one of the mats always get these little black spots on them that kind of look like greasy spot, but they feel a little rough to the touch. Does anyone know what this is? Should I spray with copper fungicide? Trying to go organic, so any organic treatment ideas would be appreciated.
