I'm a few miles south of you in So. San Jose - Also Z9. Sunset Z15 - We're far from the bay/marine influence, so we get pretty "exreme" temps here (Not sure if you're closer to the bay or up in the hills....).

Of your list, I only have the Dwarf Cavendish and I find that he's *very* hardy. I keep him outside, in the ground (but I think he'd do equally well in a pot), next to an East-facing stucco wall. I don't do anything "special" for him and I've only had minimal die-back on freezing temp nights. I haven't had any fruit from it, however. And the "main mama plant" did finally die last winter (3 yrs old). I've still got plenty of pups, however (and they *do* transplant quite easily!)...

I don't know how "helpful" this is - but that's been my experience! I think your Cavendish s/b fine!
