Full StorySo, perhaps a weird quetion here, has anyone here tried eating their Ensete Ventricosum? The psuedostem, as I am sure many are aware, can be shredded up, fermented, molded into loaves and baked into a bread which some ethiopians call "Kocho". Has anyone here tried doing this? I'm growing a number of these plants next year to try eating, and wondered if anyone else had tried.
