Hello. I have a dwarf Cavendish. This is my first banana plant. I am trying to learn and want to make sure I understand something. Please look at my photo. There a 4 other shoots (I forgot what they are called) aside from the main plant. The main plant is about 3 or so feet tall. How many of these should I cut off and which ones?

Also, is it time to repot in a larger container or should I wait till Spring? I am in Tampa Bay Florida.

I am more visual and wasn't certain by the text in other posts I read.
