Black Sigatoka???

Is this black sigatoka or something else? Copper sprays help, but it never really goes away. The group on the left is always worse than the group on the right. The last bunch of bananas is from the better group on the right.

from what I've read, the best thing to use is a systemic fungicide on the plants that have it only. You won't be able to eat the fruits from that plant if you use it though. But they don't look too good anyway.
