I have a nice hand of bananas hanging on my tree. I have seen where some folks cover their fruit for protection, especially during the Winter months. Since I don't expect my fruit to be large enough to harvest until Spring, what is the best way to wrap the fruit while it is still on the tree? I am concerned about light frost and/or sun scald.
