ok, so I've had this plant in the pot for about 5 months. There is now a 10" mini banana plant growing alongside my main plant, which is much bigger. There are even a couple more tiny ones (less than 1") in the pot. I tried to transplant the biggest baby, and to my surprise it wouldn't really come out of the dirt.

Are these part of the main plant? Should I leave them? Like I said, I'm a banana newb.

The banana is dwarf musa orinoco.
