water drops coming from leaves

I have a dwarf cavendish which is about a foot tall and i see water like drops on the leaves. is this normal or cause for concern? It is my first banana which i got as a pup from a friend. I live in the South Okanagan of British Columbia, Canada and had it outside all summer where it did awesome. it was brought inside but the heat in the house was never turned on (trying to save $ on the gas bill) anyway the leaves went brown and it stopped growing. it seemed to be going dormant from the cold... I have since brought it to a warmer house. i cut the dead leaves (all except the top 2 which weren't brown) and it started growing again but now the leaves seem to be seeping and they seem kinda limp (wilted). the new leaves are a good color (light green)but yellowing at the ends and a new one is coming, could this be from lack of sunlight or water? it gets watered about once a week. any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
