Banana plant is dying, what is wrong?

Hello all!
I bought this banana plant a couple of months ago, and it was doing okay. It was in a tiny pot, so I repotted into a much larger one and used some Miracle Gro potting mix with fertilizer (probably not the best stuff in the world). It sprouted a new leaf very quickly, but then all of the sudden ALL of the lower leave wilted away and died, leaving only two leaves left. Now both of these leaves are dying (showing brown on the tips) and a new "shoot" also shows signs of brown that indicate it is not healthy. I have posted images here:

If anyone can help me diagnose the problem, I would very much appreciate it! Thank you for reading!

Needs full sun or equivalent. Needs soil that is moist - not wet and not dry. Bananas are a bulb (corm really) and prone to rot. Needs fertilizer that has 1.5 as much potash in proportion to nitrogen; e.g. 6-3-9 or 16-8-24.

Sorry if this is a bit late; but bananas absolutely hate to be overwatered. Be sure your soil is drying out before watering, and not staying too wet. It looks like the leaves might be dying off from possibly too much water.
