how tall is your saba?
They are 16' of trunk, and the leaves are 8-10'long. Gnereally about 14' or so to the bottom of the bunch. My Brazilian is almost as tall, but it has shorter leaves, as well.
How tall will my 6 foot saba, monkey fingers, hua moa, and basjoo grow in one season? Is there a chance they might flower?
They are adding slow and steady growth of 2 leaves a month.
Wow, thats huge. It would be nice if I could grow bananas that were that large, but there is ABSOLUTELY no way I could overwinter saba in my climate.
