Where's all my banana people ?

Iam just a newby. This is my 1st winter with the nannas. I have dwarf cavendish that were given to me. We dug them up and they are in the basement. I constructed a plant area by stapling double layers of plastic to the rafters. Inside i have 2 fourescent lights and a humidifier. They seem to be doing FINE! I kept one DC in the dining rm in a southfacing window. I have a humidifier in there as well. Last time i watered any of them was about a month ago.
Iam trying to keep as much pseudostem as possible. All the DC have p-stems at least 5ft in height.
My understanding is to keep as much p-stem, so i have a better chance of having nannas, compared to cutting it down to the corm, and the banana plant starting all over trying to get to that height again.
Next winter, i'll try cutting one down to corm and see the difference.
I just couldnt cut those babies this year. They were so beautiful!
As i said iam a newby to this, but i hope not for long!
Now iam trying to grow from the seeds!

Mine are in my closet and are waiting for spring..
I cut my pups off my red/green dwarf and my orinocco..
and they are doing great they were small when i cut them.
