| I have a variegated musa basjoo it is a stunning plant, I understand it is very rare, i would like to talk to any one else who has one. |

Do you mean "Musa Basjoo ".
If so I have one and know people who also have them.
It is a lovely plant but I dont think it is that rare.
I am in West midlands England.
It was originaly a sport of Basjoo tissue culture and can be purchased as plug plants, mine was from somewhere in Norwich, a kind horticultural friend got it for me.
If it grows as well as normal Basjoo I shall be delighted, mine is over 20 feet tall in summer with leaves on.
How tall is yours? is it in a pot? or outside, beware if it is young and planted outside because I think it is slightly less hardy than normal Basjoo.
