| Musa basjoo is not poisonous. However, its fruit are not edible, if you were to be able to flower it, then you would need to hand pollinate it and the fruit would be small, tasteless and full of seeds. But it is a very nice landscape or potted plant that is very hardy (to zone 5 with protection if mature). |
