They're getting desperate to get a bit of pollen substitute in your feed.
Are these your bees? If so, then you might try to feed them pollen patties.

This is a problem as the horses are getting dead bees in their grain portion. It upsets them.

What could i do to get rid of them? It's only about 10 or 15 bees there at a time and several are dead in the grain itself.

Perhaps you could cover those barrels.
