What is the coldest temp. that I should open the hive. I live in central Florida and today was 78 degrees, three days ago it was only in the fifties. I've had a lot of activity around the hive and a bunch of dead bees at the entrance. I'm thinking that there are forgien bees trying to invade the hive. This morning I found a pile of tan colored chips and dust around the opening of the hive, I think this is cap wax. Curious to see whats going on inside. The next couple of days are suppose to be in the seventies. Any ideas
