Need advice harvesting my honey and saving my bees. dallas tx

I have a honey bee hive that has been thriving on Passion Flowers, Hybiscus, Purple Cone Flowers, Herbs, and Water Lilies, mostly. It has never been sprayed - my garden is totally organic and in an organic neighborhood too.

Is in garage with easy access. No repair necessary. I would like some of the honey and hive wax, do not want to kill bees.

They are my friends but have become very numerous as hive has been there about 3 to 5 years i think - so should have a quantity of honey? I would think from all the passion pollen the honey would be unique. My passion flower traders are asking if have harvested the honey, they want some.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated - novice do it yourself info or how to find someone who would like to have them and share the honey. They look to be healthy happy bees, never seen any dead ones.

Would like to have a hive in more controled place where don't encounter the sanitation folk every week, :) but dont know if possible in a small urban setting?

Thanks, Sandy
