bees in potted plant?

I know others have posted similar questions, but i didn't see anyone post pictures... so here is mine.

I've googled and i'm not certain what type of bee this is.

They are going in and out of a hole at the bottom of a one gallon pot that contains a strawberry plant in dirt.

Wondering what kind they are and what i should do.

These are Honeybees...[Italilan breed], all they do is getting water from
your wet pot.
