HELP! We have bees can anyone help me identify them?

Hi There!
Thursday of last week I saw some bees swarming outside our patio door, well long story short, we pulled off a section of the fashia board and we found rotten wood, but no hive, they are still swarming and flying in along the roof line. We sprayed the roof and I have one. We researched and I think they are honey bees ( A neighbor is a bee keeper but they are not in the area right now) Can any one PLEASE help me identify this bee. I have a picture and would be happy to post it or e-mail it to you. If they are honey bees, I do not want to poison them I would just like for them to leave! :)
THANK YOU!!!
Bobbi

You sure have honeybees!
If you want to take them out alive the siding have to be removed to get axes to the hive. See if a bee keeper is willing to do the job and how much..$

yep, they can be removed by someone experienced and transplanted to a new home. That was a worker bee. Kinda cute isn't she?
