| I don't think that is unusual, maybe a bit long for the swelling but not by much. Bees sting, got hit several times today, my bees were hungry and I was working bare armed. Will swell a bit. If you get a strong allergic reaction better get to a doctor quick. |

| Yes, some people are allergic and swell up allot. I get around 40 or so stings a year,..hardly shows swelling. I also work them in shorts and t shirt. You probably can build up immunity when you let them have you? |

| Some allergic folk have done just that under a doctors guidance. Wouldn't try it alone. |

| I heard it can go both ways sometimes. Some people actual develop a more severe reaction after being stung a lot. I do not know if this is atypical or if it can happen quite regularly, but it's something to be careful of. |
