Death by varroa

Hello everyone!
I just got my bee analysis back from Beltsville, and I unfortunately lost my hive this year to varroa. I'm wondering about re-using the frames from those bees with my new batch. Is it wise to reuse them? I use plasticell frames in my hives, so I'm imagining I could scrape off any areas that I think look iffy (like the dark brown areas?) and use the frames again with my new bees. I've taken a blowtorch to the insides of the hive bodies, is anything else I need to do to ensure the success of this new batch in the old hive boxes?
thanks for any help!
