The standard question when I did that sort of thing was to ask if I can take the outside sheathing of the house off. The standard answer is no. Then I explain that the queen is almost impossible to get out, and that even with my investing 20 hrs of watching, waiting, climbing etc. I may end up with a quart of honey. I tell them that they should either leave them alone or call an exterminator and deal with a potential of what to do with a wall of honey. Once the bees are gone, lots of insects and animals want to eat honey. Then again, they might get lucky and not have a mess. A young person or a newbie might want to fool with it, but if a beekeeper wants another hive of bees, it is much easier to make a division than take bees out of a wall. Sorry.
