Bees swirling around deck

| I'm not sure what kind of bees these are, but two or three are always swirling around our deck, near the sliding door. At other times when I'm working in the garden by the deck, one will hover by me. There doesn't seem to be a hive above ground and I never see them near the ground. Does anyone know what type these may be? Thanks for any assistance. |
