Returning bees, what to do.

Last spring a swarm of bees made their home in the cavity in the roof on my shop.

Late August a raccoon somehow tore off some siding and robbed the hive and they disappeared.

Today they are back.

How do I go about getting rid of them without harming them?

Could an experienced bee keeper capture them and move them?

Could I set out a hive for them and would they use it?

I love having them around, but if they're going to be here I'd like to have them somewhat under control.

I know very little about bee keeping.

I live in Central Illinois.

Thanks
