Help with hive failure

My first attempt at beekeeping apparently has failed. I think it was nosema or tracheal mites. I didnt treat it early enough. There are only a few bees left in the hive and only a few eggs...dont know if the queen is alive. I checked it last week and it looked as if the queen had started laying well....I dont know what happened to those eggs. I dont think I have enough bees left to get the hive going even if my queen is still alive. I will restart in the spring. My question is what to do with the frames over the winter. Two frames were mostly drawn, do i keep these, or toss the foundation? How do I store the frames?
