Selling by Volume or Weight?

Do you sell your jars of honey by volume or weight listed on your labels?
For example, if you have an 8 ounce jar, do you put 8 oz. on your label, or do you put 12 ounces to represent the weight of your product?
It seems as if I've seen it going both ways.
I have been putting the weight on my labels, not the size of the jar. |
