Don't want to hurt my new neighbor's bees

I just moved into a new neighborhood and learned my neighbor 2 houses down keeps bees. I think that is SO cool, but I am a borderline obsessive rose grower and have been known to use an insecticide to kill thrips when the shows are getting close. I am in the process of planning my new rose garden and am having second thoughts about this because of my neighbor's bees. Lately (last several years) I have been exclusively using Conserve SC (spinosad) which is marked for thips, spider mites and caterpillars. I don't see any mention of it regarding bees. Do any of you know about this particular product?

BTW - bees rarely visit my roses - they can't find the stamens.

First page, Enviromental Hazards, first 2 sentances.

Here is a link that might be useful: Conserve SC label.
