Hello all... two days ago I came home to a swarm of bees coming down my chimney into the house. The house was full of them and I could hear thousands of them up still there, so I made a smoky fire to stop them from coming in. They went back out the chimney top and I got the bees out of the house, but now they're in a huge mound (3 feet across) on the outside of my stucco chimney. They are totally non aggressive, I didn't recieve one sting when surrounded by them in the house. To my untrained eye they look like the honey bee type, not wasp or yellow jacket. I'd prefer not to kill them, how can I convince them to go look for new digs?
