What kind of bee is this?

I tried to look it up myself, but the closest thing I could find was a sweat bee and I'm not really sure if that is what it is.

The head and thorax were chartreuse (rather than dark green or blue-green like the sweat bee photos and descriptions that I found). I've seen a Cuckoo Wasp in person, so I can say with relative certainty that this bee did not appear to be metallic (unlike the sweat bees that I saw).

In person, the bands looked yellow. I don't know why they look grayish in the photo since the chartreuse looks pretty accurate.

It's eyes were dark, maybe either black or gray. In any case, they were a distinctly different color than the head.

Thanks for your help!
